OPCIS (Older Persons Community Independence Service)

Test Valley Community Services are now seeking to recruit staff for the OPCIS. This is a community based service offering time-limited support for people aged 55 and over to improve their quality of life, maximise their long term independence and enable them to remain within their community.

The OPCIS roles are:

OPCIS Locality Manager - Romsey (37 hours per week/£13 per hour)

OPCIS Locality Workers - Eastleigh (37 hours per week/£10 per hour)

OPCIS Locality Benefits Worker (CAB) - Romsey (37 hours per week/£10 per hour)

OPCIS Locality Enablement Worker (AGE UK) - Andover (30 hours per week/£10 per hour)

Welcome to Test Valley Community Services (TVCS).  Our role is to encourage, help and support voluntary and community groups in Test Valley.

How do we do this?

TVCS can help you get results by giving funding advice and support.  TVCS will help you through the fund-raising maze, signpost you to grant making trusts and other funding sources.  We assist and advise you on your application.  If you would like to take advantage of TVCS voluntary sector support work please contact our Community Development Manager Dawn Elson.
